Here's your Friday video!
Justin had never seen Ghost World...

Just like Thora Birch did in the movie, I had a little obsession with Jan Pehechaan Ho...It's just so catchy.

Enjoy!

Weekend Update
We went to Puyallup fair with my parents on Saturday, so it wasn't that relaxing of a weekend. Jonny rode 3 rides while we were there. The new train, kelly-hopters, and motorcycles. He was so serious on the ones he went on by himself. He thought he was really flying and really steering the motorcycles. He even turned around once and yelled something at the kid in back of him. Kinda like, "why are you following me?" We visited the family at the scones booth. Scones, scones and more scones. We had our usuals...Onion Burger, krusty pup for jonny, Pete's barbeque. The line for elephant ears was way too long...

We also finished Justin and Arlette's invitations. Yeah!

I had a day off yesterday and the boys and I jut stayed at home. Why can't the 2 take a nap at the same time?

We took a bath at night and it relaxed us for bedtime. Now I'm trying to stay alert at work...Hard.

Jayme told me later that she learned so much about Australia and all the animals that live there, from Jacob's outfit...I never let Jonny wear it cause I thought it was wierd.

Isn't my baby getting big?! Someone at church said that he looks just like a doll. He's better than a doll, because he gives kisses and does raspberries!

Weekend Update
The Wallingford Wurst Fest was this weekend. We had dinner there on Friday night and Jonny played games and won a rocket launcher, a rubber ducky, and a little dinosaur. Jakey lost a shoe. :-(
We had a family get together to celebrate Justin & Arlette's engagement.
I showed Jayme how to get to Bellevue square and we tried on and found the bridesmaid dresses.

Cute! And I didn't even have back clevage...

Cream and black with touches of eggplant in the accesorries...We have a theme!

We missed Sammy's 1st Birthday Party...Happy belated birthday...

OK, I had to post this video

Kid

Turn the sound on...via kottke

Tricked!

I "aquired" a mix reggae cd that Jojo made. I've been enjoying listening to it while driving, since it's happy music - mixture of Jahwahiian, roots, and pop. There's one song that was quite catchy and one that I would actually skip other songs to get to. So...Philip was riding with me one day and the song was playing. He pointed out that it was PARIS HILTON. WHAT!?!?!

Jojo had me jammin to PARIS HILTON and I didn't even know it.
He strikes again....Merry Christmas from BRIDON...

I'm enjoying my new library card and the Northgate Public Library.

I just finished reading Why Girls are Wierd and found the author's blog. It was a pretty funny book.

It's good to be reading again. Do you have any book suggestions for me?
Did you know that Seattle Public Library is all online? It's similar to my netflix, but absolutely free!

I can search for a book, put a hold on it, and when it's available they e-mail me and I pick it up at the Library. What's also cool is when you check all your books out, it's all computerized. You scan your library card and stack your books on this tray and it just checks you all out. (jayme, don't make fun of me because of this post...)

Jacob was teething and sick this weekend. He would complain of pain and puke 10 minutes after we fed him solid food, (It was also coming out the other end). On Sunday, we brought him into urgent care where they had to give him an IV to treat his dehydration. JonP got to sleep at Lola's, but his Lola called me in the morning and said that she was sick too. Jakey and his Lola are doing better today...I just pray that nobody else catches it. It's a stomach virus with no fever...

Good Parent stuff I learned this weekend:
Teething can cause diarrhea and low grade fever
Ice Cubes wrapped in a facecloth with a rubberband to keep them in, is a great teether.
Signs of dehyrdration: Dry mouth(stick your fingers in and feel the tongue), not too many tears when crying(pinch him and watch him cry), floppyness(jakey would get up to crawl and then just flop back down.

Well, now I know, for next time....
