My baby boy is 1 today and I can't believe how fast it went.

We went to see santa today. Jonny jumped up in his lap and Jacob was nervous and eventually cried...he doesn't like white hair and mustaches/beards together, I guess. He used to be scared of his LoloLito.

I'm trying to coast till my Christmas break.

P.s. I'm so proud of my husband! New opportunity! The future is bright.

wishing things would settle down, but know they won't...
I was robbed of my day off yesterday..IM conversation with b went something like this:
bossman: Did you get the e-mail from BigManager about Mr. Clueless?
g: I did, but it's my day off...
bossman: I DO pay overtime.
g: OK, I'll call him.

pbdkids and NickJr, babysat JonP all morning and Jacob cried more than necessary...

Christmas is in 20 days.

I was robbed of my environmentally friendly gifts for my husband and siblings, when Incubus concert tickets sold out in 15 minutes online Saturday morning...so so sad...

Jacob turns 1 next week and by the time I thought about having a party for him, I already had evites and booked dates surrounding his birthday...I guess we'll have the big celebration in January. He won't know the difference...

I'm gonna go back to the gym for sure today. They probably miss me since I haven't been since before Thanksgiving.

Jonny went to the dentist for the first time yesterday...He watched Lola get her teeth cleaned with his nose right against her cheek, but when it was his turn, he covered his mouth...We said, "Next time, OK?!". He got to dig through the toy basket and got a toothbrush. Dr. Stark has candy bracelets and army men with machine guns in the toy basket. I always came home with plastic rings, plastic glasses, nose, & mustache...

Jacob stands up on his own and takes steps by himself...

Phil and I are gonna go shopping for an electic train for under the tree...
